We manage to organize the 1st installment of Pelapis Carnival in Penang from 6-11 Mei. Some 1400 participant from all state plus Batam team were involved. Thank you and congratulation to USPTN Penang under En. Fadhil and millions of gratitude to Pengarah MSN Penang who committed to make the carnival a huge success.

The best crowd ever, with the crowd cheering the boxer, both competitor are fighting to the end. (One robber shot dead by the secuarity guard in the near by PohKong, lucky our athlete, coaches and technical official were not effected)

Different style of shooting produce good result for some.
diving need's more focus for the development in the state.. a lot of money have been spend to hire foreign coaches on this sport to gain better result & achievement... but, now only 39 divers compete in this carnival....how can its happen??? 'tolong pikir-pikir kan la...'
