Keputusan hari pertama penyertaan kontinjen Malaysia di Sukan Remaja Komanwel kali ke-5, Apia Samoa 2015. Kontinjen Malaysia telah meraih 2 pingat Perak menerusi atlet sukan Akuatik Renang iaitu Welson Sim bagi acara 200m Freestyle dan 1500m Freestyle. Beliau telah menyamai rekod kebangsaan yang dipegang oleh Daniel Bego dalam acara 200m Freestyle. Satu pingat gangsa juga telah diperolehi menerusi Rony Jesos bagi sukan Angkat Berat dalam kategori 56 kg.
