with the training program run well by the coaches no wonder the produce few number of weight lifter from the center. on of them won bronze in senior category at recent Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship in Penang. They continue to plan for the future by organizing weight lifting demonstration to promote the sports to the young and aspirant student.

tujuan demonstrasi ini di buat adalah untuk memupuk minat kepada sukan angkat berat terutama di negeri selangor yang semakin ketandusan atlit angkat berat. dengan cara ini dapatlah memupuk minat para pelajar dlam sukan angkat berat tak kira samada lelaki atau pun perempuan.
