Perhimpunan Pagi hari ke-3 Kem Pelapis telah diadakan pada pukul 6.30 pagi. Para atlet dan jurulatih serta pihak Urusetia turut sama pada perhimpunan pagi ini. Para atlet dalam keadaan ceria dan bersemangat sepanjang perhimpunan.
