Akhirnya selesai masalah pembangunan berbasikal di Wilayah apabila Dato' Ng. Joo Ngan bersetuju untuk mengikat kontrak dengan MSN.
Diharap dengan perlantikan beliau program berbasikal di Wilayah akan berkembang dengan lebih pesat.
