After 3 days competition our Pelapis athletes dominate few events. Malinder blaze the track with national record in 3000m steeple chase. As expected in blue ribbon events, our pelapis serantau sprinters under Coach Azmi show off their dominance on the track when Syed Aliff won the 100m and this afternoon he nearly make it double in 200m but the angle of luck not in his side. His left leg injured stop him from marking his presence on the track.
Mathialagan also showing that his decision to stay with Master Trap and sifu Entheren is the right decision when he won the 800m men final.
We hope that all athlete in Pelapis program will do their best to challenge elit athletes and prove that they can be represent Malaysia in any future Games.
Roslinda shamsu prove she still the best in this country when manage to jump 4.35 to qualify into World Championship. Pelapis Chief Coach Manshahar broad smile prove that local coach are at par to foreign coach.
