Hari kedua Bengkel Bahagian Atlet diteruskan pada sesi sebelah pagi dimana perbincangan peringkat kumpulan diteruskan. Rata-rata pegawai lebih bersemangat menyumbangkan idea dan pendapat masing-masing berbanding sesi semalam.
