MELAKA OPEN - DAY 1

Result day 1 20/6/2009
Good news from Melaka. Our Pelapis Kebangsaan athlete Melinder Kaur broke national record for 3000 steeple chase this afternoon by clocking 11:11.05. Melinder hail from Penang and train under sir entheren and master trappadi since 2007. With the right attitude and committed to do well, Melinder rose from school runner and become our national champion. Few athlete also stamp their mark during this competition by setting new games record. Well done you all.

  3. congratulation to all the athletes and coaches for superb performance and a job well done. Again we need to try harder to qualify for the SEA Games. Time is short and everybody must double up their effort
