A FREAK ACCIDENT INVOLVED OUR CYCLING COACH AND TWO ATHLETES

Update at 11:00 PM 15.06
Our staff in USPTN Kedah informed us that pak razak were discharge this afternoon. A very good news indeed. Get well pak razak and we are waiting you in the academy.

6.00 PM

Our rep in Alor Setar just sms a very good news indeed. Based on the MRI scan this afternoon the doctor confirm that Pak razak do not need surgery for his back injury and only need to wear back support. The only serious injury is on the neck C-4 section which will be decide by the doctor tomorrow.

UPDATE AT 3.30 PM 11.06.09

pak razak now warded in Alor Setar Hospital for further treatment. Base on early report, he must go trough few more test to determine the extend of his injury. Yesterday he was sent to the the 2nd MRI and Xray focusing the neck and back injury. Until now we do not know how bad was pak razak neck and back injuries. Our staff in UPSTN kedah are in contact with pak razak family at the hospital and try to help to ease any problem arise there. For the record our Unit Pelapis Serantau also on the way to kedah to see him and try to get more information on Pak Razak condition.

Pelapis family extended our best regard to him and pray to Allah that pak razak speedy recovery.

UPDATE - 7.45 pm

One of the rider is discharge, another one waiting for X-ray result.
Pak Razak sure have to stay in the hospital.

4.30 pm

A drum in the middle of Plus highway near Kuala Kangsar nearly cost our coach and athlete live. They cheat death with narrowing escape but the van is the main casualty in this freak accident. Pak Razak our cycling coach from Northern Academy and his 2 rider are treated at Taiping Hospital and currently waiting to be X-ray. Pak Razak suffered a broken bones and the 2 athlete nursing a dislocated ankle. Best of luck and speedy recovery to all of them.
