Bagi sukan angkat yang berlangsung di Dewan JBS Paroi, acara-acara bagi kategori umur bawah 16 tahun ( 56kg, 50kg, 69kg ), bawah 21 tahun ( 56kg, 62kg dan 69kg )telah diadakan dan tamat pada jam 6.45 petang. Esok acara akan bermula pada jam 10.00 pagi.
